ProMan Eesti Oü

ProMan has been active in Estonia since 1992. ProMan Eesti Oü is a fully owned subsidiary of ProMan Oy, with its base in Viljandi, about 140 km South of Tallinn, close to the Latvian border.

The focus for the Estonian subsidiary is to help Finnish and international companies in practical issues in establishing themself in the Baltian countries; Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The scope of services include everything from market surveys to board work in local, foreign owned (either founded or bought) companies. One of ProMan Eesti Oü`s core competences are in implementing buy or sell transactions of local companies.

ProMan Eesti Oü has always had a very international customer base. We have in the Baltic served companies from Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland and the USA.

The Area Manager for ProMan Eesti Oü and the ProMan Baltian operations is M.Sc.(Law) Ene Allik, who has been working for ProMan since 1994. She has a broad experience of Estonian and international business. Mrs. Allik speaks fluently Estonian, Russian, Finnish and German.
