ProMan – Most M&A transactions in Finland in 2009
ProMan Oy has implemented most acquisitions of all Finnish M&A advisors in 2009 and together with Nordic IMAP partners most M&A transactions in the Nordic Countries in 2007-2009.
This according to the independent international Zephyr M&A database, which is maintained by Bureau van Dijk. Zephyr contains information on over 600 000 transactions. Up to 100 000 new deals are added per year.
International Network of M&A Partners, IMAP, implemented most M&A transactions in the Nordic countries in 2009. This was already the third year in a row when IMAP is the number one in the Nordic countries according to the number of completed transactions. Of those 26 transactions that IMAP implemented in the Nordic countries ProMan carried out nine. This is verified by the world’s leading information company Thomson Reuters.
