Swedish Addtech AB group expands its product offering in Finland by acquiring all outstanding shares of ACC Systems Oy. ACC Systems Oy is one of the leading Finnish optical telecommunication network component and equipment distributors in Finland serving for large telecommunication companies, local telecom operators, network contractors and service companies and ICT and electric resellers. ACC Systems’ turnover is over 3 M€. Addtech is a technology trading Group with an annual revenue of about SEK 4 billion and about 1,300 employees. It is listed in NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm.
