IMAP yrityskauppa: Tanskalainen pääomasijoittaja Capidea osti Klokkerholm Karroseridelen

Klokkerholm Karroseridele was founded in 1969 by Arne Andersen and has in the years grown organically and through acquisitions of Europarts A/S (2005) and Nordjysk Reservedelslager A/S (2009). The last 10 years the company has implemented a management ownership, where current CEO Søren Juhl and Chairman Benny Balle Jensen joined the company. The company consisted until its sale to Capidea of the family Andersen, Søren Juhl and Benny Balle Jensen. Earlier this year, the owners decided to explore ways to complete the ownership succession, so that the family after the founder Arne Andersen, could resign from the ownership group. Capidea is due to the transaction majority shareholder in Klokkerholm Karroseridele, while Chairman Benny Balle Jensen and CEO Søren Juhl continues as joint owners. Advizer acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Klokkerholm Karroseridele.
